Far North Queensland longest running sustainable Indigenous Fashion and Textile Showcase [RIFTS] is starting the countdown in 2016.
Like every year [RIFTS] loves providing opportunities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander models from throughout the Cairns and surrounding districts to show us your talent and beauty.
"Supported by Aboriginal designer and photographer, Leigh Harris from ingeous studios we want to provide not only opportunities for our mob to experience modelling and be on the catwalk but give them something back with some great shots for their portfolio". Event coordinator Bronwyn Singleton said.
Each of our Indigenous models get some great experience and some long lasting images that they will be able to look back onto when they are older or even maybe when they are on the catwalks in New York or Paris.
